Kunduran Police Chief Advises Residents Not to Hoard Food

 

INFOKU, BLORA - As a form of excellent police service and an effort to anticipate all forms of security disturbances, personnel from the Kunduran Police, Blora Police, carried out preventive measures, namely patrolling traditional markets and shopping areas in the Kunduran sub-district, Tuesday (21/3/2023). 

In addition to guarding, regulating and patrolling so that people who carry out activities in traditional markets feel safe and comfortable, officers also monitor price developments and food stocks.

Officers also do not forget to carry out dialogue with traders and market visitors to anticipate the scarcity of basic commodities and price spikes during the month of Ramadan.

"Based on officers' monitoring, food stocks are still safe and prices are still relatively stable, there has been no significant increase in prices," said the police chief.

The police chief further warned that residents should not hoard food with the aim of gaining personal or group benefits.

"We urge residents not to hoard food. Because this violates the rules and if hoarding is found, we will take action according to existing regulations," continued the Kunduran Police Chief.

The police chief added, that the security activities carried out by his personnel were carried out routinely every day, "To anticipate the occurrence of criminal acts because the presence of the National Police can close the space for the perpetrators of crimes," he said. (Setyorini / IST )
