Next year, the district government will receive 40 percent or an increase of 10 percent from 2024.

Head of the Regional Revenue Planning and Determination Division of the Blora Regional Revenue, Financial Management and Asset Agency ( BPPKAD ), Ika Wulan Prafitri, said that if referring to Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions , the Central Java Provincial Government's PKB profit sharing is 70 percent.
Meanwhile, currently the Blora Regency Government receives 30 percent of the total taxes collected.
"The profit sharing scheme will not be implemented in 2025. Later, it will use the option proportion scheme (additional tax levy according to a certain percentage)," he said.

Ika explained that the option scheme refers to Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments ( HKPD ) and is planned to be implemented starting January 5, 2025.

With this latest option, the Blora Regency Government gets a bigger portion.
"The district gets 40 percent and 60 percent for the province. For that, we started synergizing to settle the unpaid arrears," he said.
He said that currently they are entering a transition period from a profit sharing scheme to an option proportion scheme.
So, his party continues to make efforts to clean up receivables.
"Because not all receivables are real. Sometimes there are vehicles that are damaged or lost. So, the person concerned must make a statement," he explained.
Based on the recapitulation data, PKB revenue sharing reached IDR 387.3 billion in the period 2021 to December 2023.
The details of the revenue are IDR 126.2 billion in 2021. Then it experienced a slight decrease to IDR 123 billion in 2022.
Then in 2023, the amount increased significantly to reach IDR 137.7 billion.

Meanwhile, in 2024 running until early October, PKB revenue experienced a decline compared to the previous year.
Based on data up to October 11, 2024, the PKB revenue received by the region was recorded at IDR 64.76 billion.
