INFOKU, BLORA –Disappointment emerged from the village government (Pemdes) of Buloh, Kunduran District.
The problem is that the local village hall cannot be proposed as a village asset. The reason is that the village hall was built on Perhutani land.
In fact, the data collection on village building assets in the forest area was last deposited yesterday (26/2).
“We cannot propose building a village hall, because it stands on DK (forestry department) land. Its status belongs to a forestry company,” said Head of Buloh Village, Joko Priyanto, yesterday.
Joko explained, the village hall building stands on an area of 5,000 square meters.
The building belongs to the village, however, the land is owned by a company managed by Perhutani.

The land was included in the proposed Land Tenure Settlement, Forest Area Arrangement (PPTPKH) program to obtain land status.
"But even if it's not possible, the suggestion from the Regent could be a rental or swap scheme," he said.
He admitted, so far he has not paid for the rent. However, buildings cannot be changed or developed. This is because the request of the land owner does not allow for the construction of a village hall.
"So far there is no payment, but construction cannot be done because the land does not belong to the village," he explained.

In the PPTPKH program, Joko admitted that he had deposited village asset proposals in forest areas as many as 17 building assets owned by 17 people. He estimates that the land area recorded is 8,500 square meters. ''We have deposited the proposed building assets at Bappeda,'' he explained.
Secretary of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Blora Pujiariyanto explained that the land proposed in the PPTPKH may not have any corporate management status.
In addition, the building owner must occupy it for at least 5 years before the Job Creation Law is formed in 2020. (Endah/ IST ) v
