DD Doesn't Dissolve If the Head of the Village is Corruption, Prosecution Closely Watch


INFOKU, BLORA –are two cases of village fund corruption (DD) in 2021 and 2022 that have entered the courts.

The State Attorney's Office (Kejari) is still detecting corruption in the management of DD against village officials in Blora.

This is a concern so that similar incidents do not occur, because it has an impact on the disbursement of DD.

Head of Intelligence at the Attorney General's Office Blora Djatmiko revealed that the DD corruption case occurred two years in a row, from 2021 one Head of the Purwosari Village, Blora District, after the verdict.

The second will be in 2022 and then the Tlogotuwung village head, currently in the trial process.

"Two Kades will enter trials from 2021 and 2022," he explained.

Regarding currently pocketing the names of villages suspected of carrying out corrupt practices, his party has not been able to disclose. Still overseeing villages that are suspected of carrying out DD corrupt practices.

He revealed, his agency prioritizes preventive efforts. "Unable to be opened for now, we are trying preventive measures," he explained.

Djatmiko will take firm action against village officials who have clearly committed acts of DD corruption.

Jatmiko admitted that he did not hesitate to take action against village heads who violated the rules. “Certainly we will take firm action if a village head plays with village funds, because it has violated the rules. In accordance with existing regulations, so don't play around, "he said.

The Head of Village Management, Development and Financial Management of the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) Blora Suwiji warned all village heads to manage DD according to regulations.

"It's done according to the regulations so there shouldn't be fictitious activities," he explained.

Suwiji explained that DD's corruption had an impact on village development, because when the village head was caught in corruption, DD could not be disbursed.

This was experienced by Tlogotuwung Village, last year it was unable to withdraw DD.
