INFOKU, BLORA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Regional Police of Central Java managed to arrest a man who was allegedly determined to have intercourse with a woman with a disability which resulted in her becoming pregnant and giving birth to a baby.
Ironically, the alleged perpetrator turned out to be the victim's own father, namely S(62), a resident of the Jepon sub-district, Blora Regency. He was arrested Friday (13/1/2023) while at his house.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Blora Police AKBP Fahrurozi, through the Deputy Chief of Police Kompol Christian Chrisye Lolowang, during a press conference at the Arya Guna Hall of the Blora Police.
During the press conference, the Deputy Chief of Police was accompanied by representatives of the Blora Regency Social Service and the Central Java Police Biddokes Team and Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police AKP Supriyono, and its members, Monday (16/1/2023).
The Deputy Chief of Police revealed that the incident started with a report from Rukini's mother, who was the mother of the victim.

"This crime occurred in March 2022 with the crime scene at his own home, and the perpetrator was with the initials S, who was the father of the victim himself. The intercourse was carried out on the bale (bed) in the living room," said the Deputy Chief of Blora Police.
In addition to securing the suspect, the officers also managed to secure evidence including one piece of blue shorts, one piece of blue underwear and one piece of red batik shirt, as well as a green sarong and baby dol that were worn at the time of the intercourse.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 286 in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 9 years in prison. (Setyorini/ IST )
