Instead, the government will select CPNS and PPPK 2022.
The selection of CPNS and PPPK 2022 in the Kemenpan RB plan will begin in the third and fourth week of September 2022.
This is good news for honorary teachers regarding their future careers, so that the welfare of teachers throughout Indonesia is expected to improve their future.
Especially for PPPK, not all applicants will take part in the 2022 CPNS and PPPK selection.
However, there are 8 categories of honorary teachers who were immediately appointed to be PPK without the CPNS and PPK 2022 tests
The policy is in line with PermenPAN-RB No. 20 of 2022 concerning the Procurement of the 2022 teacher PDP.
As it is known that the implementation of the 2022 teacher PPPK is held through the selection of teacher PPPK, after previously mapping and analyzing the positions required by each local government.
The following are 8 categories of honorary teachers who are immediately appointed as PPPK without a test according to the PAN RB Ministerial Regulation Number 20 of 2022:
1. THK II Teacher Passed Passing Grade (PG)
THK II teachers graduated from PG, namely THK II (K2) teachers who previously had passed the passing grade at the Master Teacher Training Program in 2021, but had not yet received a formation.
THK II teachers are included in the priority category 1 which in 2022 teacher PPPK only uses the 2021 PPPK test results (P1, P2, P3).
2. State Teachers Pass Passing Grade
Namely, state teachers who previously passed the 2021 Teacher PPPK passing grade but had not yet received a formation.
Public teachers are in priority category 1, which in the 2022 Master Teacher Training Program only uses the 2021 PPPK test results (P1, P2, P3).
3. Private Teachers Pass Passing Grade
Namely private teachers who previously had passed the passing grade at the 2021 Teacher Teacher Training Program but had not yet received a formation.
Private teachers are included in the priority category 1, which in the 2022 Teacher Teacher Training Program will only use the 2021 KDP test results (P1, P2, P3).
4. PPG Graduates Who Pass PG
That is, teachers who graduated from PPG and had previously passed the 2021 Teacher PPPK passing grade but had not yet received a formation.
PPG graduate teachers are included in the priority category 1, in the 2022 Master Teacher Training Program they only use the 2021 PPPK test results (P1, P2, P3).
5. THK II teacher
Namely THK II teachers who have not participated in the 2021 PPPK selection are included in the category of priority 2 applicants based on the PANRB Ministerial Regulation Number 20 of 2022.
THK II teachers only take part in the competency selection consisting of academic qualifications, competencies, performance, and background checks, which will then be verified and validated by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
6. THK II teacher has not passed PG
Namely THK II teachers who have participated in the 2021 Teacher PPPK selection but are declared not to have passed the passing grade (TL).
THK II teachers are categorized as priority 2 applicants who only follow the competency selection consisting of academic qualifications, competencies, performance, and background checks which will then be verified and validated by the Ministry of Education and Culture
7. Non-state ASN teachers have not participated in the 2021 PPPK selection
Non-state civil servant teachers who have been registered at Dapodik for more than 3 years and have not participated in the 2021 PPPK selection.
This teacher belongs to the category of priority 3 applicants and the selection is the same as priority 2 applicants.
8. Non ASN teachers have not passed the passing grade at PPPK 2021
Non-state civil servant teachers who have been registered at Dapodik for more than 3 years but have not passed the 2021 PPPK passing grade.
This teacher belongs to the category of priority 3 applicants and the selection is like priority 2 applicants.
