INFOKU, BLORA -The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Blora Regency is planning to conduct an Inter-Time Change (PAW) for Setiyadji Setyawidjaja.
Setiyadji himself is a former chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (DPC) of the Greater Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) Blora, who had sued Prabowo Subianto for Rp. 501 billion.
The chairman of the DPRD of Blora Regency, M Dasum, said that his party plans to carry out the PAW process against Setiyadji at the end of April.
"We've talked about it, at the end of April," said Dasum when met by reporters at the Blora DPRD Office, Friday (1/4/2022).
According to him, for the past few months the seats for DPRD members from the Gerindra Party have been vacant.
Later, the seat vacated by Setiyadji, will be filled by Darwanto in accordance with the votes obtained in the 2019 legislative election (pileg).
"(Setiyadji) is no longer a member of the DPRD, he has been fired from the party, yes, Gerindra's seat in the DPRD is vacant for 3 months," he said.

The PDIP politician explained that Setiyadji's legal process regarding his lawsuit against Prabowo would be completed in the next few weeks. The same applies to his lawsuit against Ganjar Pranowo.
"Yes, it is still running, but it is estimated that it will take about two weeks for a decision to be made here," he explained.
In addition to carrying out PAW against Setiyadji, the Blora Regency DPRD will also do the same for Kartini, a member of the DPRD from PDIP who died.
As a cadre, the seat of a DPRD member from PDIP who died will be filled by Jati Waluyo in accordance with the votes obtained in the 2019 legislative election.
"God willing, at the end of April PAW and we have discussed this, we have scheduled it, we can co-ordinate the PAW to save costs," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Blora Regency, M Hamdun said that his party was still waiting for a letter from the Blora Regency DPRD regarding the plan to conduct PAW.
"Yes, we just have to wait for the process, if it becomes the commitment of the chairman of the DPRD, that's fine, in principle, if there is a letter, we will reply," said Hamdun in his office, Friday (1/4/2022).

His party reminded that the PAW plan at the end of April needs to be reviewed, considering that currently the legal efforts being carried out by Setiyadji are still ongoing in court.
For your information, Setiyadji Setyawidjaja had sued the General Chair of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto for Rp. 501 billion.
He sued Prabowo because he was dismissed as a member of the Gerindra Party.
In addition, he also sued the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo to the Blora District Court.
Setiyadji sued Ganjar for having issued a Decree of the Governor of Central Java Number 170/159 of 2021 concerning the Inauguration of the Interim Dismissal (PAW) of members of the Blora Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 term.
The letter, which was signed by Ganjar Pranowo on December 28, 2021, decided the dismissal of Setiyadji Setyawidjaja from his position as a member of the Blora Regency DPRD with gratitude for his services. (Endah/ IST )
