INFOKU –Finally, the struggle of the failed participants in Perades Blora to get justice has finally come to light.
This is because the Central Java Provincial Government recommended the Blora Regent to facilitate a request for a forensic audit letter to the BSSN.
This was known after the representatives of the participants of the Failed and PKN village demonstrations went to the Head of the Law Office of the Central Java Provincial Government at the Provincial Government Building. Currently, the letters of recommendation expected by the participants of the Perades have also been dropped.
Budi Ismail, Chairman of the Perades Forum failed to convey his gratitude for the letter of recommendation from the Governor of Central Java.
"Furthermore, we will have an audience with the Regent of Blora so that a forensic audit letter will be issued by the Regent," he explained.
He admitted that the letter dated March 16, 2022, Number 180/000465 contained an answer to the failed request by the Blora village council forum and to the Governor of Central Java to write a forensic audit letter. A copy of the letter was addressed primarily to the Regent of Blora.
The chairman of PKN, Sukisman, who accompanied the forum, said that in addition to guarding the forensic audit letter, PKN would also file a lawsuit to the Administrative Court.
“The lawsuit that will be filed by PKN focuses on various frauds in the selection of Perades. The evidence we have is too much," he explained. ( IST / BNC )
