INFOKU, BLORA - There is a shortage of cooking oil in Kunduran Market, Blora Regency.
The manager of Kunduran Market, Sudarto, said that there had been an emptiness of cooking oil in its place for the past few days.
"Yes, it's true that it has been empty for several days, the information was Tuesday Pahing," said Sudarto when contacted by reporters yesterday.
If anything, the price of cooking oil also tends to be higher than before. In fact, it penetrated almost Rp. 30,000 per liter.
"If Premium penetrates Rp. 23,000 to Rp. 29,000," he said. With this phenomenon, Sudarto is concerned and hopes that the availability of cooking oil in the market can return to normal prices.
"Very concerned. Hopefully it will return to normal soon because it affects the SME sector," he explained. For your information, the Government revoked the highest retail price (HET) of cooking oil since last Wednesday (16/3/2022) following the recent shortage.

The previously applicable HET for cooking oil refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 06 of 2022 concerning the Determination of the Highest Retail Price for Palm Cooking Oil.
HET cooking oil prices are set at Rp 11,500 to Rp 14,000 per liter.
