INFOKU, BLORA -A husband in Blora, Central Java, Muhammad Supriyadi, was determined to kidnap his wife with the initials (SNW).
The reason, because the husband does not want to divorce his wife.
The incident began when the husband asked his friend for help to find someone who would be paid for the task of kidnapping his wife.
To note, Supriyadi and his wife are in the process of divorce at the Blora Religious District Court.
Supriyadi was even willing to spend Rp 50 million for five people who wanted to be paid to carry out the kidnapping action.
Initially, the suspect was going to carry out the kidnapping on Monday (20/12/2021) night at the victim's house, but to no avail.
Then on Thursday (12/23/2021), the suspect tried to kidnap again.
Kasatreskrim Blora Police, AKP Setiyanto said, the kidnapping incident occurred after his wife underwent a divorce trial.
"The suspects were already waiting for the victim in front of the Blora Religious District Court at that time a divorce trial was held between the victim and the suspect," said Setiyanto at the time of disclosing the case at the Blora Police Headquarters, Wednesday (12/29/2021).
After knowing that the victim had finished the trial and was about to return to his home, the perpetrators followed the victim's vehicle.
Meanwhile, her husband followed her behind on a motorcycle with a friend.
"When they arrived at Jalan Blora Randublatung, Semanggi Village, after the perpetrators considered the situation safe, then the perpetrators immediately overtook the victim's car and at that time the suspect's car immediately blocked in front of the victim's car," he said.
The perpetrators got out of the car carrying sharp weapons. With their own tools, they approached the victim.
"In an effort to forcefully bring the victim (SNW) the suspects threatened the victims with sharp weapons in the form of sickles and swords, even in an effort to force the suspect to electrocute the victim with a tool that had been prepared," he explained.
Finally, the victim SNW was successfully taken with the suspect's vehicle to Randublatung.
Meanwhile, the victim's husband watched from a distance. Furthermore, the victim SNW was handed over to her husband and the perpetrators were given money according to the agreement, amounting to IDR 50 million.
"While being held captive by her husband, SNW was invited to hide by moving from place to place from the eucalyptus forest then moving again to a chicken coop and moving again to a corn field hut in the Bojonegoro Regency area," he explained.(Endah/ IST )
