INFOKU, BLORA –Finally, the Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) detained Agus Sutrisno alias Agus Palon.
The detention was carried out after the prosecutor received the transfer of the suspect and evidence (stage II) in the case of alleged criminal acts of insulting ethnicity, religion, race and inter-group relations (SARA).
The Head of Intelligence at the Blora District Attorney's Office, Hendi, told the press that the second stage of the handover from investigators to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) took place some time ago in the second stage room at the Blora District Attorney's Office.
"After receiving the suspect and evidence, the Public Prosecutor detained the suspect," said Hendi.
Agus Palon is suspected of violating Article 242 of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP).
The detention of Agus was carried out based on the Prosecution Level Detention Order of the Head of the Blora District Attorney's Office Number PRINT-1014/M.3.28/Eoh.2/09/2026 dated September 15, 2026.
The suspect was detained at the Class IIB Blora State Detention Center (Rutan) for 20 days.

The detention period is from September 15 to October 4, 2026.
Hendi explained that the detention was carried out based on a number of legal considerations.
Among them, the case in question meets the requirements for detention and there is concern that the suspect will flee.
In addition, Agus is known to have served a sentence based on the Blora District Court Decision Number 204/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Bla.
"The person concerned is also currently undergoing trial in another criminal case at the Blora District Court," he explained.
The case was registered under Number 43/Pid.B/2026/PN Bla at the Blora District Court.
After the implementation of stage II, the Public Prosecutor will conduct further research into the completeness of the case, before preparing the prosecution process according to his authority.

The Blora District Attorney's Office ensures that the case handling process is carried out in accordance with statutory provisions.
