INFOKU, BLORA -The success of the Blora Regency Government in achieving the 12th Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK) has not made the PDI Perjuangan Faction (F-PDIP) hold back criticism.
In the plenary meeting of the Blora DPRD which was delayed for almost two hours, Tuesday afternoon (28/7), the faction from the party with the white snout symbol actually dissected a series of problems which were considered to still be homework for the regional government.
Through its spokesperson, Lina Hartini, the PDIP faction reminded that the WTP predicate does not mean that governance has run without problems.

In front of the regent, DPRD leaders, and heads of OPDs, Lina issued at least seven harsh remarks targeting the management of BUMD, government projects, CSR funds, and Baznas.
The sharpest spotlight is directed at three regionally owned BUMDs, namely BPR Blora Artha, PT Blora Wira Usaha (BWU), and PT Blora Patra Energi (BPE).
According to the PDIP faction, the governance and performance issues of regional companies can no longer be resolved through regular evaluations.
"Based on these logical considerations, the PDI Perjuangan Faction proposes the immediate formation of a Special Committee to maximize the function of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) or Regional-Owned Enterprises (Perusda) in Blora Regency," Lina emphasized.
It didn't stop there. The PDIP faction also uncovered issues surrounding goods and services procurement projects.
Demand the Regent of Blora
Referring to Inaproc Blora data and the findings of the BPK Audit Results Report (LHP) on the 2025 LKPD, there were still works whose results did not comply with contract specifications.
"The Regent of Blora is required to immediately take measurable corrective steps by improving the governance of goods and services procurement, so that similar problems do not recur," he said.
The company's implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has also become the target of criticism.
The PDIP faction believes that CSR management has not been transparent so far, and therefore requests that the mechanism be integrated into regional development planning so that its benefits can be monitored by the public.

The PDIP faction also reminded Baznas that the management of ASN zakat funds must remain professional and not be influenced by political interests.
"Don't let Baznas become a political tool for certain groups," Lina stressed.
In the health sector, the PDIP faction believes that the patient financing scheme using a Certificate of Inability to Pay (SKTM) is no longer effective.
This policy is said to be one of the causes of two regional hospitals experiencing a deficit of around IDR 3 billion.
"It would be better to divert the SKTM budget to pay BPJS contributions, so that the public can receive more sustainable health care," he said.
Concluding her faction's general views, Lina urged the District Government to immediately prepare regulations for the 2027 Simultaneous Village Head Elections in 242 villages.
"Furthermore, the Legal Department has been asked to immediately finalize the Regent's Regulation as the implementing regulation for various regional regulations that have not yet been issued, so that regional legal products do not remain mere documents without implementation," he stressed.
