INFOKU, BLORA – Finally, the Blora Police handed over the evidence and suspects in the road damage case in Palon Village, Jepon District to the Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari).
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Blora Police, AKP Zaenul Arifin, explained to the press that the case file with suspect Agus Sutrisno alias Agus Palon was declared complete by the Blora District Attorney.
"For the case file, suspect AP is at stage 2. It has reached P21," he explained.
Agus Palon was previously named a suspect some time ago. He was reported to the Blora Police by project implementer Hermawan Susilo, with the report number STTLP/67/II/2026/Res Blora/Jateng as evidence.
The reporter reported an alleged criminal act of vandalism and obstruction of the casting work on the district road located in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency which occurred on Friday (20/2).
The Turirejo-Palon-Nglobo road improvement project with a budget of IDR 1.198 billion was carried out by contractors from CV Meteor Jaya.
The project funds come from the Blora Regency Regional Budget, with a length of 502 meters and a width of 4 meters and a height of 25 centimeters.
The project will be carried out for 90 calendar days, starting from February 5 to May 5, 2026.
Denies Road Damage
Meanwhile, Agus Sutrisno or Agus Palon spoke to the press regarding this matter.
He assessed that the process at the police was too fast.
Agus explained that he was simply passing through, not intending to damage the road. Therefore, he didn't feel he was doing anything wrong.

According to him, there were no signs warning of a diversion when he passed, so there shouldn't have been a problem.
"I didn't feel like I was causing any damage. And at the time, I felt like I was just passing through," he explained. (Endah/ IST )
