INFOKU, BLORA - The Blora Regency Government, through the Regional Revenue, Financial Management, and Assets Agency (BPPKAD), must work even harder to realize the 2026 urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2).
The reason is that until the first quarter of 2026, it turns out that only 37 villages out of 295 villages/sub-districts in Blora Regency were able to pay off PBB-P2.
The 37 villages are spread across 15 sub-districts, except for Blora City sub-district, no village/sub-district has paid 100 percent.

This was revealed at the Award Ceremony for Villages that Paid Off PBB-P2 Fastest in the First Quarter of 2026 and the Evaluation of PBB-P2 Realization in 2026, which was held at the Pendopo of the Regent's Official Residence, on Tuesday afternoon (26/5/2026).
Head of BPPKAD Blora, Pitoyo Trusingtyas Sarodjo, revealed that 37 villages had paid their PBB-P2 2026 in full.
Jati District includes Bangkleyan, Jegong, and Tobo Villages, and Randublatung District only includes Plosorejo Village.
Then in Kradenan District there are Nginggil Village, Mojorembun Village, and Ngrawoh Village.
Kedungtuban District is followed by Kemantren Village, and Cepu District has two villages: Gadon and Getas.
Sambong District has 3 villages, namely Temengeng, Gadu and Brabowan.
Meanwhile, in Jiken District, there are Nglobo, Cabak, Janjang, and Ketringan Villages. Jepon District has just one village, Palon, that has completed its construction.
Furthermore, in Tunjungan District, there are 3 villages that have been paid off, namely Kedungringin Village, Adirejo Village, and Keser Village.
For Banjarejo District, there is also only 1 village, namely Plosorejo Village.
Then in Ngawen District there are Plumbon Village, Bergolo Village, Wantilgung Village, and Bogowanti Village.
Meanwhile, Kunduran District has 3 villages, namely Botoreco, Ngilen and Muraharjo.
Todanan District has Kacangan Village and Candi Village.
Then Japah District, Bogorejo Village, and Wotbakah Village.
Followed by Bogorejo District, there are 4 villages, namely Karanganyar Village, Nglengkir Village, Gembol Village, and Prantaan Village.
"Thank you to the 37 villages that have paid their PBB-P2 in the first quarter of 2026. As a token of appreciation, we are taking this opportunity to provide financial assistance amounting to 13 percent of the total PBB-P2 outstanding for each village," said Pitoyo.
The award in the form of bank assistance to the village that paid off PBB-P2 was presented by Regent Arief Rohman, represented by Regional Secretary Komang Gede Irawadi, accompanied by the Head of BPPKAD and each Sub-district Head who was present.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Blora, through Regional Secretary Komang Gede Irawadi, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all village officials, village officials, tax collectors, and the community who have demonstrated high levels of compliance and awareness in fulfilling their PBB-P2 payment obligations on time.
