INFOKU, BLORA – A new chapter has occurred in the management of people's oil wells in Blora Regency.
Cooperatives and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bumi Samin now officially have the legality to supply crude oil directly to Pertamina.
This certainty was obtained after the signing of the cooperation agreement (PKS) at the Pertamina EP Cepu Regional 4 Jakarta Office, some time ago.
In Blora, there are three main entities that manage oil wells, namely the BUMD Blora Patra Energi (BPE), the Blora Migas Energi Cooperative (BME), and the UMKM PT Mataram Connection Nusantara.
Through the PKS, cooperatives and MSMEs will manage at least 2,188 oil wells.
This strategic step is expected to strengthen national energy governance and provide a legal umbrella for the operation of community wells.
The chairman of the Blora Oil and Gas Energy Cooperative (BME), Sutrisno, confirmed the good news to the press.
He confirmed that the oil shipment to Pertamina now has official status.

"Yesterday, I went to Jakarta with Mataram Connection to sign a direct cooperation agreement with Pertamina through the PKS, which will supply Pertamina," he said.
Sutrisno explained that before the agreement was signed, his party was required to pass strict quality standard tests.
Pertamina requested oil samples with a maximum water content tolerance limit of 0.5 percent.
BME also conducted spot tests from wells managed in Botoreco Village.
"We sent 5,000 liters with a water content of only 0.1 percent from a well in Botoreco Village," he explained.
This management step also received the green light from SKK Migas.
Sutrisno said the upstream oil and gas regulator hopes that the potential of existing wells can be maximized to boost national lifting.
