BPR Blora Artha Temporarily Halts Loan Disbursement, Disappointing Customers

INFOKU, BLORA – For the time being, Perumda BPR Bank Blora Artha is not serving new credit disbursements.

A number of customers complained about this condition, after their loan applications did not receive any certainty.

One customer from Ngawen District with the initials EK admitted that he had applied for credit of IDR 25 million.

Previously, he had a loan of IDR 40 million at BPR Blora Artha and had paid it off this year.

"Because it's already been paid off, I'm proposing another Rp. 25 million," he told the press.

However, after the application was made, the disbursement process was said to be unclear.

EK then tried to ask for an explanation from the bank's credit department.

"He said they haven't disbursed the credit yet," he said.

He regretted the lack of notification from the start to customers.

Because all requirements have been submitted, including collateral in the form of a vehicle BPKB.

"If you really can't disburse the credit, you should have been informed from the start," he added.

Feeling unsatisfied, EK then contacted the President Director of Perumda BPR Bank Blora Artha Arief Syamsuhuda.

According to him, the answer received remained the same, namely that the temporary suspension of credit disbursement applies to all customers.

"I asked if it was because I was blacklisted or something. He said no, but it was temporary for everyone," he said.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Perumda BPR Bank Blora Artha Arief Syamsuhuda when confirmed via WhatsApp message or telephone call has not provided a response as of the time this news was published.

Previously, BPR Blora Artha was hit by a problem of bad credit with a value reaching around IDR 20 billion.
