INFOKU, BLORA -Development achievements were conveyed by the Deputy Regent of Blora, Hj. Sri Setyoini, while giving a speech at the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah Prayer at the Baitunnur Grand Mosque, Saturday (21/3/2026).
Meanwhile, road and bridge construction in Blora Regency in 2025 will reach more than IDR 301 billion, with the condition of roads improving to 69.51 percent.
Thousands of worshippers filled the mosque from early morning for the Eid al-Fitr prayers, led by KH. Muhammad Ahmad Muharror Ali. Members of the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) were also present.
In his remarks, the Deputy Regent, who is familiarly known as Budhe Rini, said that the Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, could not attend because he was performing Eid prayers in his hometown in Dukuh Seren, Sendangwungu Village, Banjarejo District.
In addition to the infrastructure sector, Budhe Rini also explained other achievements, including a reduction in the poverty rate from 11.42 percent in 2024 to 10.58 percent in 2025. Blora Regency's economic growth was also recorded to increase to 5.34 percent in 2025.
He emphasized that the momentum of Eid al-Fitr should be interpreted as a time to return to nature, strengthen empathy, and strengthen ties of friendship amidst increasingly dynamic social life.

"Eid al-Fitr serves as a reminder for all of us to re-sharpen our consciences, increase empathy, and strengthen social awareness," he said.
On this occasion, the Deputy Regent also appealed to the public to take advantage of the homecoming period to update their population data, especially their employment status on their ID cards, to ensure it reflects real conditions.
"Especially regarding employment status, please adjust it to reflect actual conditions. This is crucial for updating poverty data," he explained.
In addition, the community is encouraged to continue to maintain harmony, strengthen the spirit of mutual cooperation, and care for the environment through habits of maintaining cleanliness and waste management.
"Through the spirit of Sustainable Sesarengan mBangun Blora, let us keep this region safe, peaceful, and prosperous," he said.
Meanwhile, the Eid al-Fitr sermon was delivered by Masnun, who raised the theme of the essence of victory after carrying out the Ramadan fast.
In his sermon, he reminded the importance of being grateful for the blessings of Allah SWT, as stated in His words, "So which of your Lord's blessings will you deny."
He emphasized that Eid al-Fitr is not only a spiritual victory, but also a success in self-control.
"Today is a day of victory. Victory in controlling one's physical, emotional, and lustful desires after a full month of fasting," he said.
He further stated that the social values of fasting, such as refraining from prejudice and cultivating mutual respect, must be maintained in daily life, not only during Ramadan but also afterward. (Endah/Kom)
