INFOKU, BLORA –BloraKadin) Siswanto, directly supports the establishment of an industrial area in Blora Regency.
The reason is, through the entry of investment into the Oil City , it is considered that it will create a multiplier effect for the community.
It is known that the discourse on industrial areas still presents two options.
Namely using the existing Industrial Designation Area ( KPI ) spread across 11 sub-districts covering an area of 1.2 thousand hectares, or using the Comoro Modang Special Purpose Forest Area ( KHDTK ), Sambong Sub-district, covering an area of 1.3 thousand hectares.

Siswanto explained that currently developed regions have industrial areas as an attraction.
"So, the industrial area will become a place for tenants from factories or companies from outside the region. Then, there will be a large workforce there," Siswanto explained.
He said that the industrial area in Blora Regency would create a new community economic ecosystem.
Starting from job opportunities, to community efforts in facilitating company operational activities in industrial areas.
"For example, money will circulate at the MSME level, from food stalls and laundries to boarding houses in industrial areas," he said.

In his opinion, a new social culture will emerge, so a comprehensive and detailed study is essential.
Both from location selection, sustainable environmental impact, social impact on the surrounding community, water access to industrial vehicle road access.
"This way, the industrial area won't become a burden later on because detailed factors are overlooked. It must be well-conceived from the start," he explained.
"The presence of an industrial area will create new positive value," Siswanto added.
He said, congratulations, Blora Regency does not yet have an industrialization concept.
In fact, it is one of the three drivers of the economy at the district level.
"There are three sectors that drive the regional economy. These are government spending (at the district/province/state levels within Blora Regency), daily household spending, and industrialization," he explained.
He added that Blora Regency has not yet focused on industrialization in the form of creating industrial areas.
"Industrialization through industrial estates can create services and attract industrial investment in the form of companies. This could include sugar factories, oil and gas factories, and other types of industries," Siswanto emphasized. (Endah/ IST )
