Ensure Excellent Service, These Are the Civil Servant Working Hours During Ramadan 1447 H

INFOKU, BLORA -The Blora Regency Government (Pemkab) has officially set adjustments to working hours for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the local area during the holy month of Ramadan 1447 Hijriah. 

This step was taken to maintain performance effectiveness while providing employees with the flexibility to perform fasting without disrupting the quality of public services.

This policy is stated in a Circular Letter (SE) signed by the Regional Secretary (Setda) of Blora, Komang Gede Irawadi, on February 12, 2026.

This regulation refers to Regent Regulation Number 14 of 2023 concerning Working Days and Working Hours of Regional Apparatus and State Civil Apparatus Employees as amended by Blora Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Regent Regulation Number 14 of 2023 concerning Working Days and Working Hours of Regional Apparatus and State Civil Apparatus Employees.

The purpose of this Circular Letter is to adjust working hours for ASN employees within the Blora Regency Government during the month of Ramadan 1447 Hijriah.

The details of the adjustments to working hours are as follows:
1. Regional Devices with 5 Working Days

Monday – Thursday: 07.30 – 14.45 WIB (Break: 12.00 – 12.30 WIB)
Friday: 07.30 – 13.30 WIB (Break: 11.30 – 12.30 WIB).

2. Regional Devices with 6 Working Days (Except for Regional Public Hospitals, Community Health Centers and Educational Units)

Monday – Thursday: 07.30 – 14.00 WIB (Break: 12.00 – 12.30 WIB)
Friday: 07.30 – 11.30 WIB (No break)
Saturday: 07.30 – 12.00 WIB (No break)

3. Regional Public Hospitals, Community Health Centers, and Educational Units

Monday – Thursday: 07.00 – 13.30 WIB (Break: 12.00 – 12.30 WIB)
Friday: 07.00 – 11.00 WIB (No break)
Saturday: 07.00 – 11.30 WIB (No break)

Despite adjustments, the total effective working hours during Ramadan are at least 32.5 hours per week.

The Blora Regency Government emphasized that heads of regional apparatus are required to ensure that this schedule change does not reduce productivity or organizational performance achievements.

Services to the public must continue to run smoothly and optimally.
