INFOKU, BLORA -Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education (Wamendikdasmen), Fajar Riza Ul Haq, reviewed a number of schools in Blora Regency that received assistance for the learning digitalization program, specifically the Digital Interactive Board or Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) device, Saturday (3/1/2026).
The visit was part of the central government's efforts to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the digital learning program and school revitalization.
The review focused on the use of IFP devices that have been distributed to schools as a means of supporting a more modern and interactive teaching and learning process.
On that occasion, Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Fajar Riza had a direct dialogue with school representatives, teachers, and students to hear testimonials regarding the benefits of using digital interactive boards in learning activities.
He emphasized that this assistance is provided equally, both for public and private schools, as a form of the government's commitment to improving the quality of education throughout Indonesia.
"We want to ensure that these devices are truly utilized optimally in the classroom. Going forward, we will continue to expand the number of digital interactive boards, so that more than just one unit is needed to support learning needs," said the Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Regent of Blora, Sri Setyorini, expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the Ministry of Education and President Prabowo for the attention given to the world of education in Blora Regency.
According to him, digital interactive board assistance is very much needed by schools and has now been accepted and actively used by teachers in the learning process.
"Thank God, what schools in Blora need, especially learning resources in the form of digital interactive boards, has been realized and is being utilized well," said the Deputy Regent.
On the same occasion, the Deputy Regent also submitted a request for assistance for school renovations to the Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, especially for several private schools whose buildings had been damaged, such as Catholic Elementary Schools and Christian Middle Schools in Blora Regency.
On the other hand, the Principal of Krida Dharma Blora Catholic Elementary School, Sr. Imaculata Rahayu Widoningsih, revealed that the existence of digital interactive boards has had a significant positive impact on students.
According to him, students become more focused, enthusiastic, active, and have a high sense of curiosity because they can interact directly with learning materials through touching and moving objects on the screen.
"Learning materials are also richer and more accessible. Teachers can display videos, animations, e-books, and various other learning resources, making learning more enjoyable, effective, and able to support students' diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic," he explained.
With this digital learning program, it is hoped that the quality of education in Blora Regency will continue to improve and prepare a younger generation that is adaptive to technological developments. (Endah)
