INFOKU, BLORA – Approximately 4,000 participants from sub-district and village government elements held a Village Feast at Blora Square, Monday (12/1/2026).
The Village Kenduri was held in commemoration of Village Day 2026.
There was a tumpeng cutting and appreciation given to independent villages in Blora Regency.
In addition, the event also included joint prayers and fundraising for flood victims in Sumatra, Aceh, and other areas.

The Director General of Economic Development and Investment in Villages and Disadvantaged Regions of the Ministry of Villages and Development of Disadvantaged Regions (Kemendes PDT), Tabrani, appreciated the implementation of Village Day commemoration in Blora which was different from other regions.
"Today's event is a gathering of people gathered for a Kenduri (celebration), praying together led by our religious scholars. Hopefully, our prayers this morning will be heard by Allah SWT," he said.
Tabrani explained that the commemoration of Village Day in Blora could later become an example for other regions.
He explained that President Prabowo's 6th Asta Cita is to build from the village and from the bottom up for economic growth and equality in order to eradicate poverty.
By establishing the red and white village cooperative, SPPG kitchens, and establishing public schools, efforts are being made to improve the welfare of the village community.
His party also appreciated the commitment and achievements of the Blora Regency Government in implementing these programs.
"Let's work together to realize the good intentions of the President, building from the village level and from the bottom up, for economic equality and poverty eradication," he explained.
Meanwhile, Blora Regent Arief Rohman said that all participants of the village feast prayed for a number of areas experiencing disasters, from Sumatra, Aceh, to the surrounding areas, so that they would recover quickly.
In the commemoration, the party appreciated the role and support of the village head and village officials for their devotion and dedication in advancing their village.
"Happy Village Day. We certainly hope that with this Village Day, we can further optimize the roles of villages in the future," he said.
He advised the villages to support and make President Prabowo Subianto's programs a success, such as the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, the Red and White Village Cooperative, and programs aimed at realizing food security.
This includes encouraging regulations for the Red and White Village cooperative to supply raw materials for the MBG program.
"We must be prepared, including the PKK, regarding how it will relate to vegetables and so on. We can then coordinate this to meet the MBG's needs," he added.
"This also includes the management of MBG waste and so on, the existing TPS3R, we hope we can collaborate," he added.
Furthermore, his party is committed to supporting food security programs, particularly organic farming. He also asked villages to innovate to support these programs.
The party also continues to support efforts to improve the quality of village apparatus human resources, one of which is through the Prior Learning Recognition (RPL) program with universities.
"For 2026, we will continue the RPL program. In collaboration with UNNES, we will open opportunities for 250 village heads or village officials who wish to participate in the RPL program. We will subsidize 30 percent of the scholarships," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
