He hopes this momentum will bring peace and a spirit of love to the community.
" May Christmas bring peace, joy, hope, and a spirit of love to us all," said Arief, Thursday (25/12/2025).
Arief emphasized that Blora Regency is a shared home for people from diverse religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
According to him, this diversity is a strength to build a peaceful, safe and harmonious Blora.
" Interfaith tolerance in Blora Regency has been very well established. We should be grateful for this and continue to nurture it together," he said.
This year's Christmas moment coincides with the 276th anniversary of Blora Regency.
Arief linked the Christmas spirit with this year's anniversary theme, namely "Nyawiji mBangun Blora, Akur Makmur Misuwur".
The theme is an invitation for all elements of society to unite, respect each other, and live in harmony so that Blora can progress further and be known for its achievements.

Meanwhile, the Blora Police are focusing on securing Christmas celebrations at 90 locations.
So, the implementation of the Christian holiday can run smoothly without interference from intolerance from irresponsible people.
Blora Police Chief , AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto explained that the security measures were to anticipate intolerant behavior as early as possible in several Christian places of worship.
" Our focus is on 72 Christian churches, 14 Catholic churches, and 4 houses of worship," he explained.
AKBP Wawan said that security measures were being implemented to the maximum by instructing all ranks of the Police, including the Police Sector, to ensure a sense of security and comfort for Christians in carrying out their 2025 Christmas services.
" We are focusing on prevention and anticipatory efforts to ensure that no individuals engage in intolerant acts. If this occurs, the impact could become a national issue because it concerns religious life," he said.
In securing Christmas and New Year, the Blora Police have set up five posts, consisting of three security posts and one service post, and have turned all Polsek into rest areas for people who need a place to rest.
"Weary travelers are welcome to rest at the police stations or at the posts we have set up. This is an effort to prevent traffic accidents," he added.
He added that the activity, titled "Maintaining Regional Conduciveness," aims to align perceptions in welcoming two major events that are almost simultaneous. Furthermore, the 276th anniversary of Blora Regency is still being celebrated. (Endah)
