INFOKU, BLORA -The BloraRegency Government plans to disbursea budget of IDR 1.078 trillion, which will be usedemployeeexpenses next year.
This is contained in the Regional Government Work Plan ( RKPD ) for the 2026 budget year.
Next year's RKPD will be slightly lower than this year's RKPD, which was designed at IDR 1.092 trillion.
The decrease is approximately Rp 14 billion. However, based on the 2025 Regional Budget , it is down Rp 105 billion, as the budgeted amount is Rp 1.183 trillion.
If next year's RKPD is compared with the 2024 RKPD, which was designed at around IDR 885 billion, it will increase to IDR 193 billion.
However, from the 2024 Regional Budget, it decreased by around IDR 23 billion because the budget was IDR 1.101 trillion.
Meanwhile, absorption in 2024 itself reached IDR 1.080 trillion.
The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Blora who also serves as the head of the Regional Government Budget Team ( TAPD ), Komang Gede Irawadi explained that in the 2026 RKPD document, the Blora Regency Government's employee expenditure burden was designed to reach IDR 1.078 trillion.
However, Komang acknowledged that some of the total budget came from non-physical DAK in the 2026 Blora Regency APBD, which was paid directly into the recipient's account by the state.
"The real burden of employee expenses borne by the District Government is around IDR 900 billion," said Komang.
According to him, the remaining budget of IDR 900 billion recorded in the 2026 fiscal year RKPD is the teacher professional allowance recorded in the non-physical DAK.
"The remainder is teacher allowances paid directly by the state to the recipient's account. So, it doesn't go into the Regional Treasury. However, the Blora Regency Government must record it as employee expenses," Komang added.
For your information, the Blora Regency Government recently inaugurated 1,535 government employees with work contracts ( PPPK ). This figure brings the total number of civil servants in Blora Regency to 12,709.
According to Tamabh Komang, of the several regional government agencies ( OPD ) within the Blora Regency Government, the Education Office has the largest number of civil servants (ASN), with 7,325 employees. The total consists of 4,594 PPPK (Permanent Personnel Enforcement) and 2,730 PNS (National Civil Servants). (Endah/ IST )
