INFOKU, BLORA -Secretary of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Department of Blora Regency, Nidzamudin Al Hudda expressed his gratitude because the program to improve the quality of construction Human Resources (HR) in Blora Regency received an extraordinary response from the community.
This is demonstrated by the successful implementation of the Competency Test for Bricklayers, Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Officers Levels 1 and 3, which was attended by participants far exceeding expectations.
"We are very grateful. Our minimum target was 150 participants, but today we reached 300," Hudda told the press on Wednesday (October 8, 2025).

He added that although the majority of participants came from Vocational High Schools (SMK), this activity was also open to the public, so that it could reach a wider workforce in the construction sector.
The success of this activity is a breath of fresh air for the development of the local construction sector.
Hudda emphasized his commitment to maintaining and even making this program a primary target until 2026.
Hudda explained that the implementation of this competency test was a form of appreciation from the Central PUPR Ministry.
"This is because the Blora Public Works and Public Housing Agency (DPUPR) won second place in 2024 for construction services," he explained.
One of the main focuses in this training is K3 Certification.
With this certification, it is hoped that participants can become reliable and certified craftsmen, thereby improving the safety standards and quality of construction work in Blora.
"We hope this training will create a professional and competent construction workforce in the future," Hudda told the press.
This program is considered a strategic step to build a foundation of superior and competitive construction human resources, not only for Blora Regency but also in supporting national development. (Setyorini)
