INFOKU. BLORA -One of the obstacles facing investorsBlorais the incomplete preparation of the Detailed Spatial Planning Plan (RDTR).
The reason is that certainty about independent industrial areas is needed to convince investors to invest their capital.
The Head of the Blora Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency ( DPMPTSP ), Bondan Arsiyanti, confirmed that the absence of an RDTR was an obstacle in attracting investors.
"We only have industrial designation areas in spatial planning," he said.

He acknowledged that the designation of industrial areas (KPI) in several areas in Blora had not been optimally utilized, because some of these areas belonged to residents.
So if there is a release, it will take time.
According to him, conditions are different if an area already has its own industrial area.
So it becomes one of the factors that attracts investors to invest their capital.
"It would be a different story if the area had already been established as a free industrial zone, ready for business owners to invest in," he added.
Meanwhile, in the Blora area it is not yet available, only KPI.
Bondan said that the existence of RDTR is important for seeing detailed spatial planning for industrial areas.
So, business actors or investors do not need to look for information on whether this location is permitted or not.
"Because it's integrated with the OSS system. OSS data is RDTR. That's the only obstacle right now," he said.
