The Karangnongko Dam Project Directly Affects 538 Families in Kradenan District, Blora

INFOKU, BLORA – Until now, land acquisition for the Karangnongko Dam is still in progress.

In Blora Regency, 538 families will be affected, and 392.37 hectares of land will be submerged.

Atikah, Head of the Land Acquisition and Development Section at the Blora Land Office, stated that the Karangnongko Dam is a national strategic project (PSN) with two funding sources. The first relates to compensation, which will be paid through the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN).

Then, the second source of funds is related to land acquisition operations which are processed in the APBN from the Ministry of Public Works.

"The target area of land affected is 392.37 hectares. And 906 plots of land spanning five villages (in Kradenan District)," he explained.

According to him, the affected area could change from the initial planning area and expand.

"Because there's a possibility of additional channels, additional fields will be added. Therefore, careful implementation is essential to ensure accuracy," he added.

Several stages have already begun, starting with location determination (penlok) in 2024, and currently in the inventory and identification phase of land acquisition legal documents. He also detailed the number of affected families per village.

In Mendenrejo Village, there are 22 families, Ngrawoh Village 146 families, Nginggil Village 141 families, Nglebak Village 179 families, and Megeri Village 50 families. This brings the total to 538 families. Meanwhile, in terms of area, the village treasury land (TKD) in Ngrawoh Village covers 1.05 hectares, consisting of nine plots.

Then, community land covers 46.99 hectares, comprising 285 plots. Meanwhile, waqf land covers 0.03 hectares, comprising one plot. And, Perhutani assets cover 2.71 hectares, comprising nine plots.

In Nginggil Village, the affected area is 1.82 hectares of village treasury land (TKD) with a total of 8 plots.

Then, there's the community land, covering 31.55 hectares with 159 plots. Then, there's the waqf land, covering 0.05 hectares with one plot.

The forest area covers 183.89 hectares. Meanwhile, Perhutani assets comprise 0.47 hectares, consisting of three plots. Meanwhile, in Nglebak Village, the TKD covers 1.93 hectares, consisting of four plots. Community land comprises 65.12 hectares, consisting of 309 plots.

Waqf land covers 0.01 hectares, consisting of one plot. Perhutani assets cover 9.42 hectares, consisting of 11 plots. Finally, Megeri Village includes 7.4 hectares of affected village treasury land, consisting of seven plots.

Furthermore, 36.02 hectares of community land, consisting of 138 plots, were affected. Then, 0.01 hectares of waqf land, consisting of one plot, were affected. In total, 12.20 hectares of village treasury land, consisting of 28 plots, were affected across the five villages.

Then, community land covers 183.58 hectares, comprising 905 plots. Waqf land covers 0.10 hectares, comprising 4 plots. Forest areas cover 183.89 hectares. Perhutani assets cover 12.60 hectares, comprising 23 plots. (Endah/ IST )
