INFOKU, BLORA –Currently, competition for work in Blora is quite tight.
The Blora Industry and Manpower Agency (Dinperinnaker) noted that as of June, only 296 job seekers in Blora had found work.
Head of the Blora Manpower Office, Endro Budi Dermawan, told the press that the figure was obtained from participants in the 2025 Job Fair and from the departure of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) from Blora.
“ There were 215 job seekers who got jobs at the job fair .

"Then this year there are 81 Indonesian migrant workers from Blora who are leaving," he explained.
Endro said that apart from that figure, there were no reports from employers regarding the acceptance of job seekers in Blora Regency.
The Blora Manpower and Transmigration Agency (Dinperinnaker) recorded that in 2024, there were 19,801 productive-age job seekers in Blora.
This figure increased by 2,174 residents from the previous year.
In 2023 there will be 17,627 Blora residents looking for work.

To facilitate job seekers, the Blora Regency Government held a job fair from May 20 to 21, 2025, with 9,974 job vacancies from 34 companies.
