INFOKU, BLORA -The Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of Blora Regency appeared elegant and beautiful wearing floral kebaya at the Kartini Day commemoration held at the Blora Regent's official residence, Monday (21/4/2025).
"Thank you to all the mothers, it's amazing how you appear today, so elegant, so beautiful in our clothes, namely kebaya, I really appreciate it, and I will give you the opportunity later to appear in front, not a fashion show, but a parade, we watch each other," said the Head of the Blora Regency DWP, Ratnasari Irawadi.
He explained that the 2025 Kartini Day commemoration agenda was combined with other agendas, namely work meetings and halalbihalal.
"Today's theme is Kartini's Spirit in the Beauty of Silaturahmi," he said.

He said that Kartini Day commemoration should not just be celebrated ceremonially, then wearing kebaya, then appearing in a parade.
"No, ladies, but far from that is its extraordinary meaning. Ibu Kartini is a fighter for women's emancipation. She fought for women's rights in her time. If it weren't for her, we here wouldn't be able to be like this," he explained.
It was further stated, regarding the halalbihalal of the month of Syawal 1446 Hijriah, which was combined with the commemoration of Kartini Day, Ratnasasi Irawadi conveyed his apologies both physically and mentally.
"Eyes often see wrongly, hearts often assume wrongly, mouths often speak wrongly. So this morning, on behalf of myself and my family, on behalf of the Chairperson of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan of Blora Regency, I wish you a happy Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriah, and I apologize physically and mentally," he said.

Meanwhile, Hj. Siti Chomariah, in her sermon said that RA Kartini could indeed be called a figure of pluralism.
"RA Kartini not only fought for women's emancipation, but also showed an attitude of tolerance and respect for differences in various aspects of life. RA Kartini did not limit her space for movement," he said.
Blora District Government ASN Wearing Kebaya
The Blora Regency Government commemorates Kartini Day on April 21, 2025 in a special way.
All female State Civil Apparatus (ASN) wore kebaya as mandatory clothing on that day.

Blora Regional Secretary Komang Gede Irawadi in his Circular Letter stated that in order to commemorate Kartini Day, on Monday, April 21, 2025, all female State Civil Apparatus within the Blora Regency Government will wear kebaya.
This is intended as a momentum to commemorate the struggle of Rade Ajeng (RA) Kartini in fighting for women's rights and reflecting on the role of women in national development. (Setyorini)
