INFOKU, BLORA - The first trial in the online gambling ( judol ) case carried out by a member of the Blora Civil Service Police Unit ( Satpol PP ) with the initials SW, 34, has been completed.
However, the employee status is still questionable, the Blora Regency Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency ( BKPSDM ) Blora has not received a letter from the Head of Satpol PP.
Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Blora District Attorney's Office ( Kejari ) Agustinus Dian Leo Putra revealed that the defendant had undergone the first trial of reading the indictment yesterday (26/3). Also witness examination.

Already Detained
The defendant SW is currently languishing in the Class II B Blora Detention Center.
The follow-up trial for case number 25/Pid.B/2025/PN Bla is planned to be held after Eid, on June 10.
"Since the transfer, the defendant has been detained. Currently, he is in detention," he explained.

Meanwhile, Head of Blora BKPSDM Heru Eko Wiyono emphasized that until the trial took place, his party had not received a report from the Head of Blora Satpol PP regarding the detention of the person with the initials SW.
"I have not received a report letter from Mr. Pujo (Head of Blora Civil Service Police Unit, Ed.)," he said to the press.
According to Heru, if the person concerned is detained, according to the rules he must be temporarily dismissed from his organic position.
Because, he cannot carry out his duties and functions.
