Blora Dinrumkimhub Routinely Checks the Eligibility of Public Transportation at Various Terminals

INFOKU, BLORA   -transportationin Blora has begun routinely testing its suitability for serving homecomingpassengers, since homecoming flowoccurred  

Including drivers and assistants of transportation. They were checked for health and underwent urine tests. This was done to ensure that this year's homecoming would run smoothly and comfortably on the journey.

Head of Road Transportation of the Blora Housing, Settlement, and Transportation Agency (Dinrumkimhub) Ngadiyanto revealed that during  this year's Eid homecoming ,  all public transportation fleets have been checked for roadworthiness or ramchek.

This activity will be carried out until Eid arrives.

"We will continue to monitor and  patrol ," he said.

Ngadiyanto said that a joint team of officers had been deployed at every type A and type C terminal managed by the district government.

The party ensures that all vehicles that have been inspected by officers are fit to carry passengers.

"On average, all fleets are roadworthy and are allowed to carry passengers," he said.

He gave an example during a ramcheck at Terminal Type C Ngawen, 15 buses and two freight vehicles were checked for completeness, facilities and engine conditions. Officers did not find any transportation conditions that endangered passengers. ''All were roadworthy,'' he said.

They also conducted health checks and urine tests for drivers and conductors. From the results, 16 people who were examined were in good health and negative for narcotics and illegal drugs.

Thank God,  all are negative and in good health," he said.

If during the inspection it is found that someone is unhealthy or positive for drugs, the party will prohibit the driver from carrying passengers. Because, it can endanger travelers on the trip.
