INFOKU, BLORA -Head of the Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Service (DP4) of Blora Regency, Ngaliman said that the government has set a price policy for unhusked rice/rice through the Decree of the Head of the National Food Agency No. 2 of 2025 concerning Changes in Government Purchase Prices (HPP) and Price Ratio of unhusked rice and rice.
"The HPP for Harvested Dry Paddy (GKP) at the farmer level is IDR 6,500 per kilogram and eliminates the price fraction of paddy," explained Ngaliman in a coordination meeting to optimize the absorption of paddy/rice in Blora Regency in the Blora Regional Secretariat meeting room.
With this price certainty, it is hoped that it will further encourage farmers to increase their farming business activities.
Thus increasing the income and welfare of farmers.
It is reported that the area of rice harvest in 2025 will reach 45,078 Ha and the estimated production will be 306,634 tons.
It was also explained that food self-sufficiency is one of the ASTA CITA of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, which can soon be realized in the Indonesian archipelago.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Blora, represented by the Regent's Expert Staff for Socio-Cultural and Community Affairs Retno Kusumowati, asked all elements of society to provide support and assistance so that food self-sufficiency is successful in Blora Regency.
Especially during the 2025 harvest season, it will be able to absorb maximum grain/rice.

"Therefore, in addition to efforts to increase production, steps are also taken to empower rice milling units and empower Gapoktan to utilize the facilities and infrastructure owned optimally for the needs of farmers, not middlemen," he explained.
"We, together with related parties, are ready to support food self-sufficiency, specifically optimizing the absorption of grain/rice in Blora Regency," he said.
On that occasion, the Head of Bulog Pati Branch also provided a complete and detailed explanation of the procedures for purchasing paddy carried out by Bulog for the paddy/rice produced by farmers.
In addition, it also explains the quality criteria for grain/rice that meets the requirements to be sold/purchased by Bulog at prices that have been decided by the government.
According to the explanation of Lo Bulog, Retired Colonel Leo Handoko, he informed that Bulog is serious and ready to buy grain/rice from Blora district farmers according to the prices set by the government.
