INFOKU, Cepu, BLORA - landownership problem Balun Village , Cepu and PT KAIis heating up.
Residents want to get a building use rights certificate ( HGB ) on the land they have lived on for decades, but this hope cannot be realized.
Because, PT KAI claims that the land occupied by residents is an asset of PT KAI DAOP 4 Semarang .
Hundreds of heads of families living in six RTs questioned the clarity of the land claimed as an asset belonging to PT KAI.

In fact, both of his parents have also lived there for a long time.
Residents hope for a HGB certificate, because there is no clarity regarding land ownership.
"We want to live in peace. So, we are not chased by KAI. We want residents to live in peace, to be able to occupy in peace, even if only with HGB," he said during an audience at the Blora DPRD .
It is known that three residents received a summons from the State Attorney's Office at the Blora District Attorney's Office ( Kejari ) to discuss the problem of resolving the assets of PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang.
PT KAI Ownership Only Maps
The reason that encouraged residents to want clarity was that the evidence that PT KAI had was only in the form of a map.
"One of the residents who was called, there was someone who understood and asked PT KAI regarding proof of ownership of the land occupied by the residents. PT KAI only showed a map and that was not strong evidence," he said.
Elwi, as the Head of RW 10, Balun Subdistrict, confirmed that three of his residents received a letter from the Blora District Attorney .
"They were summoned by the prosecutor's office and I accompanied them. And, there is evidence in the form of a letter from the prosecutor's office," he said.

Meanwhile, KAI Daop 4 Semarang Public Relations Franoto Wibowo in a press statement explained that the area of PT KAI's land assets located in Cepu District is around 260,000 square meters.
If there are individuals who break the law by occupying or using KAI assets illegally, then as a BUMN, the company is guided by the rules.
"According to the rules, the prosecutor's office is appointed as the JPN (State Attorney) to help resolve the problem," he explained.
Regarding the reporting of three residents, he admitted that there was no report.
But rather a continuation of the memorandum of understanding between PT KAI and the Blora District Attorney's Office.
During the summons of residents, KAI Daop 4 Semarang stated that PT KAI's asset data in the Cepu area and other areas in Blora Regency included data on residents who had contracts with PT KAI and residents who did not want to continue their contracts with PT KAI.
"So there is no special report, as JPN, which is concerned with saving state assets managed by KAI, the prosecutor's office is clarifying to residents who do not want to contract," he added. (Endah/ IST )
