This is based on the results of an inspection by the Manpower and Transmigration Service ( Disnakertrans ) of Central Java Province .
The Manpower Supervisor from the Central Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office, Yusuf Abdilah, explained in a press statement that there were several errors in the construction process of the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital. First, regarding the equipment. Especially the crane lift .
"The crane lift should be used for goods. Not for people," he explained.
The second mistake, the equipment used does not meet the requirements as stipulated in Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 8 of 2020.
Which requires that equipment for transporting goods and people in a project must be tested.
"Well, the equipment used was not tested first," he said.
Third, the matter of manpower. Among them for operators . Equipment operators must have a license .
"For vehicles, it's like a driver's license. The operator of this tool has his own. Well, this one doesn't exist either," he explained.
Next is the issue of occupational health and safety ( K3 ). In the project there are 125. It has met the minimum standards that require complete K3 usage standards.
"From the minimum regulation of 50 people to 100 workers, it must meet K3 standards," he explained.

However, in this project, there was no knowledge of K3 at all, either in terms of equipment, workers or those responsible.
"Then we checked the victim, the information we got was that he did not have BPJS ," he added.
