INFOKU, BLORA –Ahmad Labib Hilmi, a member of the Blora Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) , highlighted the decline in the 2024 Blora Regency Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI) points obtained, which was at 75.43.
The decline in SPI points resulted in Blora Regency being below Central Java Province which obtained 76.06 points.
SPI points are obtained through a survey to measure the risk of corruption of employees in government or public agencies.
SPI is an indicator for government employees in carrying out their duties not to commit criminal acts of corruption such as accepting gratuities, bribes, extortion, and others.

According to the man who is familiarly called Gus Labib, the Blora Regency Government (Pemkab) has two important focuses to increase the KPK's SPI points in 2025.
Moreover, currently the Blora Regency Government is also actively supporting Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 1 of 2025 regarding budget efficiency.
"The first is improvement through the system, and the second is that civil servant resources (ASN) must have high moral responsibility or integrity," said Gus Labib, who also serves as a member of Commission B of the Blora Regency DPRD on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
According to him, through the system, it can narrow down the dark spaces that are often used by employees or policy makers who do not have integrity to commit fraud.
"Narrowing the space for how employees cannot use opportunities," he said.

Gus Labib continued, the performance of state apparatus resources who have moral responsibility for the authority they have must be improved.
According to him, it is the responsibility of the Blora Regency Government in the future to create a healthier bureaucracy.
"It is only natural that state apparatus have an obligation and moral responsibility to serve the public fully without any embellishments," said the PKB politician.
Furthermore, he explained that from ASN resources that have moral responsibility, there will certainly be no abuse of authority. Thus, budget efficiency does not affect public services.
He assessed that increasing ASN resources in Blora Regency who have moral responsibility is a tough homework for Blora Regency.
However, he emphasized the urgency because it is related to public trust in the bureaucracy in Blora Regency.
"Don't let the 2025 SPI points continue to fall. Especially for reasons of budget efficiency," he said.
