INFOKU, BLORA -The allocation of subsidized fertilizer amounting to 126,570 tons will be received by Blora Regency, with distribution realization reaching 58.85 percent.
To ensure that subsidized fertilizer is distributed optimally, the Ministry of Agriculture ( Kementan ) continues to improve the redemption mechanism, facilitating farmers' access to obtain the fertilizer.
Director General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities ( PSP ) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Andi Nur Alam Syah, emphasized that subsidized fertilizer is the government's commitment to supporting national food security .
"The distribution of subsidized fertilizers funded by the state must be managed with high accountability, starting from distribution to the redemption process," said Andi.

Just Bring Your ID Card
The Ministry of Agriculture has updated the mechanism for redeeming subsidized fertilizer, which is now easier for farmers to access.
They only need to be registered in the e-RDKK system and bring their ID card to the kiosk to buy subsidized fertilizer.
In addition, farmers who are entitled to receive subsidized fertilizer must be registered in Simluhtan and e-RDKK.
"The redemption process is also verified with farmer photos, which will be reported through the i-Pubers application (integration of subsidized fertilizers at sales kiosks," added Andi.
Director of Fertilizer and Pesticides of the Ministry of Agriculture, Jekvy Hendra, added that with the implementation of Permentan Number 01 of 2024 and Kepmentan Number 249 of 2024, subsidized fertilizer stocks are guaranteed to be available in all distribution lines.
"PT Pupuk Indonesia ensures that the stock of subsidized fertilizer is sufficient for farmers' needs. Judging from the realization of subsidized fertilizer absorption, there is still enough stock for the upcoming planting season," said Jekvy.

With abundant fertilizer allocation, the Ministry of Agriculture encourages farmers to immediately utilize subsidized fertilizer stocks, especially ahead of the planting season.
This fertilizer is allocated for food crop sub-sectors such as rice, corn, and soybeans; horticulture sub-sectors such as chili, shallots, and garlic; and plantation sub-sectors such as people's sugar cane, cocoa, and coffee.
Farmers with a maximum land area of two hectares, including members of the Forest Village Community Institution ( LMDH ), can also access subsidized fertilizer in accordance with applicable provisions by ensuring that they are registered in e-RDKK.
"e-RDKK is evaluated up to four times a year, so that farmers who have not received subsidized fertilizer allocations can submit their needs, as long as they meet the criteria," he explained.
Head of the Facilities and Infrastructure Division ( Sarpras ) of the Blora Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Service ( DP4 ), Sukandar, said that the fertilizer redemption process in Blora was running smoothly.
"For redemption, farmers who have a Farmer Card can use it, while those who do not have a Farmer Card can use their KTP, as long as they are registered in e-RDKK. There are no obstacles in the field," he said.
Increased Allocation
The Ministry of Agriculture continues to assist farmers in this redemption process so that there are no obstacles in the distribution of fertilizer in Blora or other areas.

Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman previously said that with the increase in fertilizer allocation and regulatory updates, it is hoped that the entire allocation of subsidized fertilizer can be optimally absorbed by the end of 2024.
