INFOKU, BLORA -The second day of the 2024 Blora Culture Festival (BFC) was truly marked by a mass tayub dance performance involving 3,000 dancers from various elements of society in Blora, at the Kridosono field, Saturday (7/9/2024).
Blora Regent Arief Rohman and Forkompimda joined in dancing with thousands of other Tayub dancers.
The atmosphere was further enhanced by the traditional arts typical of Blora, because at the same time there was also a Rampak Barongan art performance.
It is known that the 2024 Blora Culture Festival was held at the Kridosono field, Blora City for two consecutive days. Namely, Friday (6/9/2024) and Saturday (7/9/2024).
Regent Arief Rohman opened the event by beating a mortar together with the Forkompimda.

On the second day, which took place in the morning, the atmosphere was truly lively at the implementation of the 2024 Blora Culture Festival.
Around 3,000 people from various elements of society danced the tayub en masse. The Regent of Blora also danced among them.
The participants of the mass tayub included employees from all OPDs within the Blora Regency Government, a number of employees from vertical agencies, administrators of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Blora, administrators of sports branches, community organizations, indigenous peoples, arts and culture activists, women's organizations, Scouts, KORMI, TNI-POLRI, and students throughout Blora Regency.
The Regent of Blora said that the 3,000 Tayub Blora event was a form of respect for ancestral culture, as well as a manifestation of the government's efforts to "nguri-uri" or preserve culture.
"I express my appreciation to all parties who have helped organize this activity and helped preserve our ancestral cultural heritage," he said.
KIK Certificate
The mass tayub was held involving 3,000 tayub dancers, combined with the handover of the Inventory Recording Certificate from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).
The certificate states that Tayub Blora has been officially recorded as Communal Intellectual Property (KIK) of Traditional Cultural Expression.

The certificate is a form of important recognition of the diversity of traditional cultures that Blora Regency has.
"This certificate reflects our cultural identity, local wisdom, and ancestral heritage. In accordance with Law Number 28 of 2024 concerning Copyright, this certificate aims to protect traditional cultural expressions, so that no one can claim this intellectual property as their own," he added.
It is known that, apart from Tayub Blora, several cultural heritages of Blora Regency have also been recorded in the Communal Intellectual Property (KIK) of Traditional Cultural Expressions, namely Wayang Krucil, Jipang Panolan, Jamasan and Kirab Pusaka Kyai Bismo.
Next are Sedulur Sikep, Wayang Tengul, Grebeg Sedekah Bumi, and the Rice War tradition in Gedangdowo Village. Including the Heritage Jamasan of the Mbah Ndoro Balun Site. (Setyorini)
