INFOKU, BLORA –The handover of duties was carried out by Arief Rohman as Regent of Blora, whose duties will temporarily be carried out by Deputy Regent Tri Yuli Setyowati.
What is quite interesting is that Tri Yuli Setyowati is a PDIP cadre, where one of her other cadres is also competing in the 2024 Blora regional elections.
The event, which was combined with the Blora Regency Operational Activity Control Coordination Meeting and the signing of the integrity pact of the Acting Regent of Blora , was held in the Meeting Room of the Blora Regency Regional Secretariat, Tuesday (24/9/2024).
Arief Rohman as the incumbent Regent applied for leave from his position as Regent of Blora, to run in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada).
"The implementation of the Regent's daily duties will be carried out temporarily by the Deputy Regent, so that in order to provide the best service to the community, it continues to run well," said Arief.
Ms. Etik, the nickname of the Deputy Regent, asked for cooperation from all OPDs in carrying out her duties as Acting Regent.
"Earlier, all of you witnessed the signing of our integrity pact as Acting Regent. Of course, in the future, while carrying out my duties, I will continue to consult with the Regent," said Etik.

"Without reducing my respect, all of you, I ask for your cooperation while I carry out the duties entrusted to me by the Regent that have been handed over to us," he continued.
Meanwhile, Arief Rohman applied for leave on Wednesday (25/9) in accordance with the campaign schedule set by the KPU.
On that occasion, he also apologized to all heads and ranks of regional apparatus if there were any mistakes during his tenure as Regent.
"I apologize, if during my leadership of 3.5 there are still many shortcomings. At the same time I ask for permission to start tomorrow, Wednesday (25/9)," he said.
In addition, he gave his appreciation to all staff who had worked hard to provide the best service to the community.

"I also express my gratitude to the Deputy Regent, the Regional Secretary, Assistants, Expert Staff, heads of regional apparatuses and other officials. For the joint work during this 3.5 years," said the Regent.
