The head of the Blora district government company is taking persuasive steps towards debtors .
If they are not cooperative, the company will take legal action.
The Managing Director of Perumda BPR Bank Blora, Artha Arief Syamsuhuda, does not deny that the company has a lot of bad credit , around IDR 20 billion. Bad debtors are not only found among Blora customers, they are also detected outside Blora.

"Currently, we are still trying to make the performance of the company he leads better," he said to the press yesterday (21/6).
He explained that apart from general debtors, bad credit was also contributed by the Regional Owned Enterprise ( BUMD ) Blora Wira Usaha (BWU) worth IDR 1.09 billion.
However, for BWU there are already company assets and personal assets that are used as collateral. Because BWU's top leadership was previously considered responsible for bad credit.
"The collateral used was assets belonging to the former BWU General Director," he said.
Decisive Steps
Arief admitted that his party had also taken various steps.
Starting from the steps by prioritizing persuasion, then litigation, and non-litigation.
According to him, if the problem is not cooperative, then his party promises to take firm steps.
This can be done through the prosecutor's office, a simple lawsuit and a summons from a lawyer .
"If it's stuck, then we'll sell the collateral," he added.
Not only that, his party has also tried to collect by collaborating with lawyers from Semarang.
Subpoenas have also been issued several times, but to no avail.
He believes that with the support of all parties, the state-owned company will be better than before.
Chairman of the Dewas Perumda BPR Bank Blora, Artha Slamet Pamuji, is still optimistic that he can recover from the problems that are currently plaguing him.
He also confirmed that there were bad loans in Blora and some outside Blora.

According to him, the steps taken by the main director of BPR Bora Artha were not easy.
“If there is bad credit, collect it. If it cannot be collected, the collateral is sold and auctioned. "But, it does require efforts that are not easy," he stressed.
Called the DPRD
Deputy Chairman of the Blora DPRD Siswanto emphasized that in the near future he is planning to summon the Commissioners and Directors of Perumda BPR Bank Blora Artha next week.
One reason is the existence of bad credit which reaches tens of billions.
“Because the aim of capital participation in BUMD or Perumda is profit. If there is a lot of bad credit, is it due to the system or personal? We need to check," he explained.
The Golkar Party politician added that later a hearing would be held with the commission in charge.
