The construction of the market will later be included in the revised budget.
“Yes, DED has started. This month soon. "Later, the plan will change," he said.
Head of the Markets Division of the Blora Trade , Cooperatives and SMEs Service (DindagkopUKM) Margo Yuwono added that currently the Blora Regency Government is still waiting for recommendations from the Ministry of Trade regarding the construction of the market.
Because, we still have to communicate with the central government.
“In mid-May the letter of recommendation had not yet been issued. "For the time being we still cannot carry out any follow-up for Ngawen Market," he said.
Insufficient Budget
Margo admitted that the Blora Regency Government's budget was insufficient to rebuild the market.
Because rebuilding Ngawen Market requires a budget of IDR 50 billion to IDR 70 billion.
Margo continued, initially the Blora Regency Government would use the unexpected aid (BTT) budget.
However, the use of BTT must have a basis and recommendation from the Ministry of Trade.
"Recommendations from the Ministry of Trade have not been issued to meet the criteria required by the Ministry of PUPR. "If it doesn't exist, we can't go any further," he said.
Margo explained that there are several criteria for redines criteria. These include planning, building permits (IMB), and communication with traders.
