Head of the Blora Health Service (Dinkes) Edi Widayat said that inspections had been carried out at two large Blora markets. Namely, Sido Makmur Market and Ngawen Market.
"Today (yesterday, Ed), we visited Ngawen Market and took 15 food samples . "The results were three positive," he explained yesterday after testing the food ingredients.
Among them, two food samples contain formalin, another food contains rhodamine.

Foods containing formaldehyde include dried squid and dried anchovies.
“The other thing is that nipple crackers contain rhodamine. "That is a substance that is often used as a textile dye," he explained.
According to him, if consumed long term, the two substances contained in food ingredients will have an impact on people's health.
So, people need to be careful.
“It was the same at Sido Makmur Market yesterday. "We found food ingredients that tested positive for rhodamine," he added.
Based on these findings, his party will coordinate with the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency ( BPOM ) of Central Java Province and the regional trade office of the product. This is because the producer of pentil crackers is not in Blora.
The hope is that the product can be withdrawn and not distributed.
