INFOKU, Cepu, BLORA – The demands of eleven Bank Rakyat Indonesia ( BRI ) Sidorejo unit customers in the form of a return of savings from people's business credit (KUR) deductions were granted.
BRI agreed to reimburse the customers' money.
Rochim, a customer spokesperson who felt cheated, explained to the press that the agreement on the return was made during a joint audience with BRI with seven customers.
"The results of the hearing are that it is likely that the customer's money will be returned, this already has a signature on the stamp," he said, Tuesday (19/3).
Rochim said that the hearing was attended by seven customers who were promised that they would be replaced.
Meanwhile, four other customers had to go to BRI Semarang for the disbursement process.
This is because they did not attend the joint hearing at the BRI Sidorejo Unit office.

According to Rochim, BRI has good intentions to return the lost savings.
"The total return from BRI is around IDR 60 million from eleven customers," he explained.
Meanwhile, Head of the BRI Sidorejo Unit, Kedungtuban District, Agus, said that BRI had established communication with customers who were protesting.
"The process is already underway, hopefully it will be completed soon," he answered.
Regarding the amount of money that BRI will disburse to customers, the party has not provided an answer.
It is known that eleven BRI customers from the Sidorejo unit staged a demonstration last Friday (15/3).
As a result, the savings money that was promised to be withdrawn after the KUR installment payments were completed actually disappeared. They felt they had been cheated by BRI orderlies who previously offered KUR.
It is suspected that the money requested under the pretext of saving was diverted for insurance. ( Endah / IST )
