INFOKU, BLORA – A total of IDR 46.33 billion has been prepared by the Blora Regency Government for the payment of holiday allowances (THR) for ASN.
The plan will be disbursed H-10 Eid. This number increased from the previous year, due to the greater number of employees.
Head of the Blora Regional Asset, Financial Revenue and Management Agency (BPPKAD), Slamet Pamudji, admitted that he had prepared a budget for THR payments for ASN this year.
Both civil servants (PNS) and government employees with work agreements (PPPK).
"We have budgeted that the search for TPP (additional employee income) and ASN THR will be carried out immediately before the holidays," he explained.

Mumuk, his nickname, explained that the amount of Rp. 46.33 billion had been budgeted for in the 2024 APBD and was mutually agreed upon.
The allocation is for 6,021 civil servants and 2,927 PPPK.
"In total, the THR amount is higher, because the number of employees has increased," he explained.
From data on disbursement of THR for district government employees last year, the budget allocation was more than last year.
The 2023 THR budget is IDR 33.5 billion or an increase of 13 billion.
"Last year it was allocated to 6,480 ASN," he said.
Mumuk explained that based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 14 of 2024 concerning Providing THR and 13th Salaries, it will be distributed H-10 of Eid.
The THR paid is per month's salary plus one month's TPP.
They hope that the THR money that has been disbursed will be used appropriately and as well as possible.

Of course, it is hoped that the disbursement of THR within the district government and the private sector will have an impact on the citizens' economy.
