INFOKU, BLORA – Data on the definitive plan for the needs of the electronic system group ( E-RDKK ), the number of farmers has decreased by 1,750 recipients.
So the number of recorded subsidized fertilizer quotas this year dropped drastically.
Head of the Facilities and Infrastructure Division of the Blora Food, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Service (DP4) Lilik Setyawan revealed that there were fewer farmers with population identity numbers (NIK) included in the E-RDKK this year.
In 2023, there will be 168,743 farmers, then this will decrease to 167,173 farmers. "The results of farmer data collection through E RDKK for Central Java Province decreased by 1,750 NIK," he said.
Lilik explained that the decline was around 0.93 percent from 2023. From the data he has, it is recorded that in 2024 there are plans to plant an area of 285,472.10 hectares.
This decrease was also accompanied by the acquisition of subsidized fertilizer quotas which also fell significantly.

He explained that the allocation of urea fertilizer was 38,231.8 tonnes in 2024, a decrease from the previous year's 53,000 tonnes.
"In fact, the urea requirement from E RDKK this year is 72,372 tons. Of course, these conditions are not sufficient for farmers' fertilizer needs. "For urea, there was a decrease of around 14,786 tons or around 27.89 percent," he said.
Likewise, this year's NPK type fertilizer received a quota of 22,574 tons, a decrease of around 9,425 tons or a decrease of 29.45 percent from 2023 which amounted to 32,000 tons.
Even though the allocation required in the E-RDKK is recorded at 78,835 tons.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Blora Fertilizer and Pesticide Monitoring Commission (KP3) Komang Gede Irawadi explained that the issue of subsidized fertilizer was being evaluated by DP4 regarding distribution and the Blora Trade, Cooperative and SME Service for fertilizer sales. His party would monitor the process.

"For follow-up from KP3, we will ask for a report from the relevant agencies first," said Komang, who is also the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of the Regional Secretary of the Blora Regency Government.
Komang added, if there are still problems with the distribution process, fertilizer purchases and farmer cards, then the sub-district and related agencies will be asked to go into the field. ( Endah / IST )
