INFOKU,BLORA - After the investigation by the District Attorney regarding the honorarium for resource persons (narsum) for members of Blora DPRD budget year,case also occurred in budget.
This case is currently being investigated. Part of the honorarium has also been returned to the regional treasury, the inspectorate encouraged the Blora DPRD Secretary (Sekwan) to be open.
Blora Acting Inspector (Plt) Irfan Agustian Iswandaru in a statement to the press revealed that his party was still following up on the audit result sheet (LHP) of the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) regarding DPRD honoraria for the 2022 fiscal year .
"The 2023 BPK audit is for the 2022 DPRD narsum honorarium budget , he said.
According to him, as a result of this follow-up, some of the Blora DPRD members have also returned their excess narsum honorarium.
It is estimated that around 50 percent of the honorarium money in 2022 will go to regional treasuries. However, he doesn't know the exact number yet.
"What is clear is that more than half has been returned," he said.
Irfan added that all reports were listed in the BPK LHP which was given to the secretary.
So, his party encourages them to be more open in responding to cases that are currently of public concern.

"Agencies or departments must comply with the public information disclosure law," he said.
Blora Secretary Catur Pambudi said that his party did not yet know the amount of money that was returned to the regional treasury.
We also don't know the follow-up to the BPK's LHP which is currently in process. “Sorry, we don't have the data,” he replied.
Previously, the Chairman of the Blora State Financial Monitoring Society (MPKN) , Sukisman, stated that his party would continue to monitor the case . Based on the information obtained, the total budget for the Narsum honorarium for Blora DPRD members will reach more than IDR 12 billion in 2022.
“What is clear is that it is a finding. " The 2022 budget is in OPD, not in Sekwan like 2021," he explained.
According to him, the narsum budget for DPRD members reaches IDR 1.4 million per hour.
He gave an example, the 2022 DPRD narsum honorarium at the OPD is quite large. In one of the OPDs, he continued, the funding for Narsum's honorarium reached IDR 10 billion. ( Endah / IST )
