INFOKU, BLORA – It seems that modern slaughterhouses (RPH) are not yet functional.
Still need additional facilities and permits for waste water management (IPAL). This year's plan will be proposed to be included in the Change-APBD plan.
The Commitment Making Officer (PPKom) for the Construction of the Poultry Slaughtering Building for the Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Service (DP4) Blora Rasmiyana explained that the Ruminant RPH building cannot yet be used for sacrificial activities. It needs additional facilities, one of which is WWTP

"We don't dare to use it because there is no WWTP yet, if it is forced it will violate procedures," he said.
Rasmiyana explained, the planning process was only for the construction of the RPH building, not including other infrastructure.
He estimates that the budget needed to continue the project is around IDR 100 million more so that the building can function.
"The plan this year will be budgeted in the P-APBD," he explained.

Regarding the slaughter of sacrificial animals, his party suggested that previous RPHs have existed.
There are several in Blora and Cepu, but the RPH status is not suitable.
For this reason, Rismaya promised to prepare officers to assist the slaughter process.
"We have deployed officers at several slaughterhouses to help slaughter the victims," he said.
According to him, the old RPH certainly could not accommodate the large number of sacrificial animals.
So that people can make sacrifices independently.
