The budget for repairs to 198 schools is still being calculated
INFOKU, BLORA – A total of 198 schools will be repaired this year. The budget will be disbursed to repair the 198 school buildings, which are still being calculated.
This will cause that in the coming new school year, there will be no damaged schools to be renovated.
Includes 88 repairs of early childhood education (PAUD) buildings, 62 repairs of elementary school (SD) buildings, and 28 repairs of junior high school (SMP) buildings.
Meanwhile, the renovation of the SMA building or its equivalent is under the authority of the Central Java Provincial Government (Pemprov).
Head of Sarpras and Elementary School Assets Department of Education (Disdik) Blora Abdul Mufid told journalists that the proposal to renovate a school building can be done in several schemes. For example, submission using a proposal.

Apart from submitting proposals, they can also submit suggestions to the education office as the leading sector in charge of the TK/PAUD, SD, and SMP levels.
"Usually the report is from the school principal sending proposals such as incidents or informing the school. Or the room was damaged accompanied by photographs of the condition when it was damaged,'' he explained.
In addition, according to him, maybe some schools will submit directly to regional heads. Then, the disk is penetrated. There is another scheme, namely from DPRD members.
"The proposal is passed by DPRD members," he said.

The repaired school building includes classrooms, library, office, UKS, bathrooms, prayer room, and laboratory. Checking in the field, the average building was damaged due to natural disasters. Also the wood is weathered or porous because it is old.
"Also porous due to termites," he said.
