INFOKU, BLORA –Two forest farmer groups (KTH) in one land are predicted to apply for Forest Areas with Special Management (KHDPK) Social Forestry (PS) Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
The two, namely KTH Mulyo Raharjo Silayang and KTH Mustika Jati, entered the KHDPK PS in Kutukan Village, Randublatung District, Blora.

It is known that there was an application for PS in Kutukan Village in the name of KTH Mulyo Raharjo Silayang, some of which entered the KHDPK PS area.
Dita, the KLHK facilitation team, said that data collection at the location of cultivated forests confirmed that there were cultivators in the KHDPK PS area.
However, the data on the application for KTH Mulyo Raharjo Silayang overlaps with KTH Mustika Jati, which did not apply for PS.
It is known that the cultivators at KHDPK PS are not all members of Silayang.
"Because of that, a deliberation was held by the village government, KTH Silayang, KTH Mustika Jati and representatives of cultivators. The results of the deliberations led to an agreement to make a new KTH, namely the Gilang Maju Mulyo KTH,'' he said.
Head of Kutukan Village, Muradi explained, the deliberations some time ago resulted in a new KTH agreement. This is because KTH submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry cannot have two KTHs, there must be one.
The head of KTH Mulyo Raharjo Silayang Suratiyono admitted that he was not aware of the existence of KTH Mustika Jati.

He was not included in the meeting at the district office. Also, the results of the KTH facilitation he led did not appear in the minutes.
"I'm confused, even though our KTH was proposed last year," he explained.
