INFOKU,BLORA - RI President Joko Widodo distributed thousands of land certificates, Social Forestry decrees (SK) and Agrarian Reform Object Land Decrees (TORA) in Gabusan Village, Jati District, Blora Regency, Friday (10/3/2023).

On that occasion, Jokowi gave forest farmers who received land certificates the opportunity to have a dialogue with him.

"Introduce the name first. Mother please," asked Jokowi.

"My name is Latinah, because (from) Ndinding, Kedungtuban, Cepu District, Blora," answered the woman in the pink hijab.

"Latinah's mother is so Cepu. Don't mention all of them. It's called the village of the sub-district, I don't remember later," said Jokowi.

“So excited, sir,” Latinah said,

Jokowi then asked about Latinah's daily life, before receiving the Social Forestry land certificate.

"Well, Mbah Latinah is so Cepu. Panjenengan before you get this, what's the handle when working on the land," asked Jokowi.

Latinah also admitted that all this time she has been cultivating corn and beans.

"You can handle the corn sir (laughs). You don't plant corn, you don't plant peanuts (Yes, I planted corn, yes I planted peanuts)," said Latinah.

Jokowi, who was curious, then asked about the identity of the land being worked on by Latinah.

"Stir corn and peanuts. Lha jenengan nanduri niku tenggen the land is held for nopo (planted with corn and peanuts. Why is this mother planting on the land there is a handle)?

Do you have a certificate holder?" asked Jokowi. "Mboten Gadah (don't have one)," Latinah replied.

Permission Mr. Mantri

Jokowi was also surprised how Latinah, who had no land, could grow crops.

"How can you nanduri niku land (how can you plant crops on that land)," said Jokowi.

Latinah also said that the forest land she had worked on so far had gone through an agreement.

"I don't like Riyen, sir (I was asked to pay sir)," Latinah replied. Jokowi again asked who allowed Latinah to cultivate land in forest areas.

"Sing ngijinke sinten? (who allows it)," Jokowi asked.

"Sing gave permission to Mr. Mantri. (The one who gave permission to Mr. Mantri Perhutani)," Latinah replied.

Jokowi also confirmed that Latinah's farming activities have so far been far from expectations because they do not have their own land

"Don't have this handle," said Jokowi. "Nggih, mboten gadah (yes, no)," said Latinah.

Jokowi then asked how Latinah felt, who now officially has her own land in the forest area to manage.

"Now that you have this, please convey it," Jokowi asked.

Latinah also appreciated Jokowi's step in giving forest farmer groups the opportunity to manage the land.

"I already have this, got it from Mr. President Jokowi. Thank you (thank you). Kulo thank you very much for this handle, thank you sir (I am very grateful to have a land certificate for the handle). Kulo thank you sir (Thank you thank you sir),” Latinah said.

"Nggih (Yes). Mboten niku kulo I mean wau (But that's not what I meant by my question)," Jokowi said.

"Pripun sir? (How about sir)," Latinah said. Jokowi then clarified the intent of his question to Latinah.

"Panjenengan now holds the high certificate. Already holds it. Now what do you want to do with the land? Previously, it was planted with corn and what do you want to plant it with? Same?" explained Jokowi.

"With sir, corn. Mangkih want wonten to deal with the mantri kulo according (Later if there is business with the orderly, I will just obey). Ken nopo, eucalyptus is preferred, nopo is preferred, duko namane sinten, kulo supe sir, kulo manut sir (What was asked, I was asked to plant eucalyptus, or other plantings, I just complied)," said Latinah.

Mice Attacked

Jokowi next asked about Latinah's yield. "Niku njenengan nandur, nanem nopo corn, yield pinten? (Mother planted corn, what was the result)," asked Jokowi.

"Sometimes you want 2 tons of lemu goose (if the corn grows big, you can get 2 tons)," Latinah replied.

"2 tons of lentil yen? (If the corn is large, you can get 2 tons)," Jokowi asked.

Latinah then confided that sometimes rats viciously gnawed her corn plants until they were sold out.

The rat colony attack ended up making him bite his fingers.

"Nggeh sir, 2 tonnes, 2.5 tonnes, of course sir (Yes sir, 2 tonnes, 2.5 tonnes, not necessarily). niko blas mboten madang sir (attacked by rats, no results at all, can't eat). Telas said yotrone (spent a lot of money)," said Latinah.

"Mouse's problem? (Rats first)" asked Jokowi. "Corn wonten, rat's disdain, corn wonten rat's disdain (There is corn eaten by mice, there is corn eaten by mice)," said Latinah.

"You want the rats to be maleh pripun? (What if it's preceded by a mouse again)" said Jokowi.

"I'm sorry, sir (Not anymore, sir). Sak niki mboten wonten rats (now there are no rats)," Latinah hoped. "Even sae (yes, it's good)," concluded Jokowi. (EndahIST )
