INFOKU, BLORA – Re-data collection of land and buildings standing on Wonorejo land, Cepu District, has begun to be identified by the district government.
This is a data updating step. The regency government wants to ensure the function of the building and the area of land occupied by residents.
Head of the Regional Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Agency (BPPKAD) Blora Slamet Pamudji explained that land settlement in Wonorejo is still in the socialization stage.
His party will re-record the buildings and people who live on the land. That is to update the latest data before granting building use rights (HGB).
"It's still in the socialization stage, reconfirming assets, identifying land owned or used by residents," he said.

Mumuk, as he was called, continued, the data collection would later be to ascertain how long ago the residents had occupied the land.
Also to find out since when the land was used for business, social, and household. It is suspected that there are still people renting out the land.
Those who live there or the residents who control (the land/building) are elsewhere," he explained.
Mumuk ensured that the process of resolving land issues in Wonorejo was in accordance with the provisions suggested by the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) or the National Land Agency (BPN). There is already an understanding between residents and the district government.

"There is already a kind of common understanding that later the regency administration's usufructuary land in the Wonorejo area will be applied for to become HPL (land use rights)," he said.
In the process of land ownership based on HGB over HPL there is no disposal of assets.
So that the land is still owned by the Blora Regency Government. After the HGB certificate above the HPL is received. Residents may apply for HGB as the land owner.
"So it will be published after going through the procedural process, residents will get use rights, the plan is like that," he explained.
Wonorejo Land Advocacy Coordinator Lukito explained, residents began to collect data again from BPN after last week's measurements for land mapping.
"The information I got was from BPN and assisted by BPPKAD," he said. (Endah / IST )
