Watch out... ETLE Drone Poltas Ready to Monitor Bad Drivers

 


INFOKU, BLORA - The application of the ETLE drone has started to enter the trial phase.   

One area that has started doing this is Central Java in the Blora Regency area, Monday (30/1/2023).

The location that was used as the trial site was in the Karangjati Blora intersection area.

The Central Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate was present, led by Kompol Ilham Syafriantoro, Head of Gar Sub Directorate of Directorate General of Traffic Directorate of the Central Java Regional Police, who was accompanied by the Head of the Central Java Police Traffic Unit, Riska Taufik Suni, and the Head of South Sumatra Regional Police, Sony Ariadi.

To note in its use, drones that will be used to conduct traffic patrols can be considered quite complete. 

The drone used is equipped with a strobe light as a sign that it is active in monitoring possible traffic violations on the road.

The use of sophisticated tools to crack down on traffic violations can make it easier for the traffic police.

Currently, there are manual or electronic tickets or ETLE tickets to crack down on traffic violations. 

In general, the way ETLE drones work is not much different from mobile or static electronic ticketing. 

the mechanism of use is, taking pictures of traffic to violations using a camera. Perform validation. The validation results are then printed.

The printout of the violation image is sent to the address where the violation is suspected.

In a way, the way ETLE drone works is not much different from a static or mobile electronic ticket.

The difference between an ETLE drone ticket and an electronic ticket or a manual ticket lies in the camera installation and flexibility.

Kompol Ilham Syafriantoro, Kasi Gar Subditgakkum Ditlantas Polda Central Java invites the public to always be orderly in traffic, not to commit even the slightest violation whether or not there are officers on the ground.

"We urge the public to be orderly in traffic. Because the Etle Drone system is not only about violations, but also monitors the situation of traffic flow developments," said Kasi Gar Subditgakkum Ditlantas Polda Central Java.

He said with the existence of this advanced technology, the control for traffic violations would be stricter, of course.
